In an old farmhouse, which was first transformed into a hotel and later into a Chambres d’Hôtes (Bed & Breakfast), you can enjoy a unique stay in the Hautes Alpes. To be precise, in Le Rosier, a small village in the ‘Vallée de la Clarée’ which, together with 2 other villages, is part of the municipality of Val des Prés (approximately 500 inhabitants). The historic town of Briançon is about a 10-minute drive from Val des Prés.

Since 2025, we, Jacqueline & Eddy, are the owners of Les Airelles. We are happy to welcome you to our home and we can finally do what we have always been energized by from our own place: making people feel at home in the mountains. We will do everything we can to ensure that you have a wonderful holiday in this beautiful place.
We speak French, Dutch, English and German and are well acquainted with the area. We have been living and working in the Hautes-Alpes since 2023 and we used to come here regularly before that, as Eddy is also a mountain hiking guide. He will be happy to tell you which special places you can visit while walking, cycling, skiing and cross-country skiing. In addition to her work in healthcare, Jacqueline has guided several tours with Eddy and now has a lot of experience in cooking for small (hiking) groups. And in preparation for our own Chambres d'Hôtes, she worked for a hotel and chalet in the area for 2 years.

The former hotel Les Airelles has been carefully renovated by the previous owners, whereby the old elements have been preserved and accentuated where possible. In addition to the bedrooms, Les Airelles also has a cozy dining room with a sitting area with fireplace, where it is nice to stay after a day in the mountains. Les Airelles also has a garden with cozy sitting areas to enjoy the sun and the surroundings. When the weather permits, meals are served in the garden.
